Premium select oil
Sourcing Nature
Opening up my best ingredients to you
I’m very selective about the suppliers and growers I buy from so I can offer my customers only the highest-quality oils, CO2 extracts, absolutes, and floral waxes. These oils may only be available at certain times of the year or because of changing harvest seasons or yields, but I love offering you unique botanicals to explore.
Essential oils
I source cold-pressed and steam-distilled essential oils from around the world, working with companies and distilleries that have high standards for purity and efficiency.
The aromatic profile of each oil is exceptional and makes the time I took to carefully select each one worthwhile.
I’m delighted to share these with you and hope you’ll get the same pleasure from using them as I do.
These oils are used in the Yatlina blends or are exceptional oils I use with my private clients.
Co2 Extracts
A more recent addition to the aromatherapist’s range of ingredients, CO2 extracts are some of the most exquisite oils I’ve come across.
Historically only used for perfumery and culinary ingredients, extracting an oil using compressed carbon dioxide in liquid form produces a different oil compared to steam distillation. It retains all its therapeutic and aromatic elements but also the heavier elements of the aroma that are often not captured in steam distillation.
The process is more costly, as it requires particular knowledge and skill. I think the result makes the cost worthwhile, and hope you’ll discover for yourself what makes these so special.

Absolutes
Usually reserved for delicate flower material, this is the best way to extract oil from ingredients such as Blue Lotus, Jasmine or Rose. The plant material is dissolved into a solvent and then washed out to leave behind the part we want.
Floral Wax
These are a byproduct of the production of absolutes. The wax is processed before being washed out to extract the absolute.
Each wax tends to have a strong fragrance and contain traces of the essential oil. They’ve been used traditionally for perfumery, and occasionally in cosmetics and soap production.
Floral waxes are hard to come by and difficult to source, due to the time consuming and costly production method.
I’m delighted to be able to make limited quantities of these available from my best sources when I can.
