Attractive shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on quantities and weight of ordered products. Sent out with British Royal Mail and aims to reach you within 3-7 working days, depending on destination and postpaid. Each Parcel is given a tracking number that will be sent out with your delivery confirmation. Some destinations will require a signature upon delivery.

Tracking of parcels

Just to let you know, Royal Mail can not guarantee delivery of parcels and tracking numbers outside of the UK for specific international destinations. Please let us know if you would like the option of a “tracked and signed on delivery” to those countries at an extra cost. Send us an email at info@yatlina.com if you are unsure.

Customs

We advise you to check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or charges applied at customs. Yatlina will not be liable for costs if your shipment is stopped, charged, or disposed of at customs.

Import Duty

If you order for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties, and taxes levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. Please note that you will remain responsible for paying import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please get in touch with your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not, we can offer a refund, exchange or replacement as long as you return it to us from the UK within 28 working days (14 days for international delivery), unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable or for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch with us with a reason for return before sending back the product, as we can offer alternatives in some cases. For refunds, we will reimburse you using your original payment method minus any processing and shipping fees.

Once we have processed your return, we will reach out to you by email. Please be aware that it can take 14 working days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement.
