Your journey begins with an on-site consultation where I will discuss your project needs in detail. This 90-minute session includes an aroma preference test, a detailed questionnaire, and blind scent testing to identify the perfect direction for your unique scent project.

Bespoke Scent Formulation

Creating each bespoke scent involves developing a natural aroma based on your specific needs and then layering it with supporting natural identical or synthetic molecules. This process includes up to three sample iterations to ensure the final result aligns with your expectations. A minimum commitment of three days is required for this service.

Finalising Your Scent

Once we agree on your final formula, I’ll guide you on the best methods to use and layer the aromas in your space, ensuring maximum benefit and harmony.
Production and Delivery
After finalising your bespoke scent, a minimum order of 1kg of pure blend is required. This quantity can be utilised across multiple products, and I will provide detailed guidance during our consultation. The final cost will depend on your selected materials, which we will confirm in writing before production begins.

Currently, the on-site consultation is preferred for the most accurate assessment of your space and scent preferences. However, please contact me to discuss potential options for online consultations where possible.

The initial consultation lasts 90 minutes, and the formulation process requires a minimum commitment of three days for completion of the first blend selection to test, depending on iterations the entire process usually takes between 4-8 weeks. I do have a limited number of spaces available per year for bespoke services as they require a significant commitment. When you get in touch through the contact form we can discuss expectations based on availability.

Your formula is unique to you and will not be recreated for anyone else. Yatlina will retain the rights to the formula and its details allowing you to re-order in the future.

Through Yatlina, I can offer various scent product options suitable for your project. We can discuss licensing agreements and additional costs involved during our consultation.

On-site consultations are available within the central London area. If the location is not easily accessible via Underground transport (zone 1-3) and requires additional travel, an extra fee will be invoiced accordingly, and appropriate receipts will be provided.
If there are any other addition expenses, they will be discussed in advance for approval before proceeding.
