Calm
Created to be both relaxing and uplifting
What does the Calm Blend smell like?
Light and floral, with a fresh, cool hint of citrus and mint.
What makes up the Calm Blend?
This is an ideal blend for when you’re looking to feel calmer, not sedated. The carefully chosen essential oils create a delicate floral aroma with a hint of minty freshness.
When to choose the Calm Blend
I had in mind the kind of day when you’re busy but can’t stop what you’re doing. The type of day when you need a bit of support, something to calm down an agitated mind to allow you to just get back into the flow of things.
Find a sense of relaxation again, as well as that sense of quiet determination and empowerment to get things done but not end the day feeling frazzled. Take a few deep breaths of the Calm Blend and carry on.
It is a light floral aroma with a cool finish.

My studies into each essential oil go beyond just how it smells. I look at the chemical composition that makes up each aroma.

These have been studied and found to offer a range of therapeutic benefits, including:

What is in this blend
Lavander
Lavandula angustifolia
Known for its balancing, healing, soothing and nurturing properties. Therapists recommend it for bringing on a feeling of calm and tranquillity.
Neroli
Citrus aurantium var. amara
This is one of my favourite oils to use for people who have stress-related issues or are feeling exhausted. Uplifting but also relaxing, it helps to ease emotional and physical stress.
Bergamot Mint
Mentha citrata
Not as widely known as other members of the Mint family, nor to be confused with Bergamot oil. I use it here for its ability to calm and relax and help you feel uplifted. It’s an excellent oil to use to give a feeling of being centred again and able to face situations with a more optimistic outlook.
Petitgrain Bigrade
Citrus aurantium var. amara
Great for any stress-related issues and feelings of exhaustion. Soothing and calming, lending itself to creative thinking.
How to Use this blend
Use with Personal Inhalers.
Add 10-20 drops on your cotton wick and enjoy your choice of Blended Drops on the go.
Start with the fewest amount of drops first and see how you get on for a few days before adding more. The Yatlina Personal inhalers are made from aluminium for durability and sustainability. Aluminium also amplifies the aromatics used, unlike plastic or wood/bamboo material, which tends to absorb and mute the aroma with time.
Use with an unscented Aroma Patch.
Add 1-2 drops on your cotton dot and enjoy your choice of Blended Drops on the go.
The Yatlina Aroma Patch is meant for occasional use when you need to take your wellness bubble with you on the go and might not be able to use your Personal Inhaler as freely. It is a continuous passive diffusion of scent that can last up to 8 hours. Just a few drops are enough to last the whole day. If you prefer to have a patch pre-loaded and ready for use, you can choose the “Calm Aroma Patch” instead.
Use with Personal Room Diffuser
Following the instructions for your chosen Yatlina Diffuser, use your choice of Blended Drops to get the best benefits over several hours, depending on your preference.
Calm Blend is available in the following Yatlina Products.
